One of my favorite springtime things to do is Descanso Gardens. Located in the hills of La Canada Flintridge California, it is a beautiful place full of all kinds of plants and flowers. Having just bought my new camera, it was the perfect place to go on the weekend to take a few pictures.
The weather was perfect and there were hardly any people around. I spent about 2 hours wandering the 150 acre park and took about 200 pictures and kept about 20. I'm still learning how to use my new D-SLR camera, but that is the beauty of digital photography.
